Who are we looking for?


We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to join our marketing team on an 18 month contract. As a Digital Media Specialist you will be responsible for the design and execution of digital marketing strategies on behalf of clients.

Ideally you can bring to this role:
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in digital design, email or web marketing, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and HTML web design.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior copywriting experience is considered an asset.
  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design or equivalent background.

What will you be doing?


  • Create digital content for websites, emails, social media, and digital advertising, etc. that will drive traffic and create conversions.
  • Manage and maintain email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Liaise with internal and external project teams to deliver on their key campaign objectives.
  • Stay current with digital media technologies and the latest trends.
  • Suggest and implement new approaches to direct marketing.
  • Suggest strategies and methods for campaign performance improvement.

Salary Banding:

$60,000 - $70,000 CAD per annum
