Jumbo Agreement for Online Sale of PC-Cillin 2002 and Growing Turnover

Directors of Jumbo Corp are pleased to announce that an agreement has been signed with Manaccom Pty Ltd to begin selling the latest version of PC-cillin 2002 Anti-virus software online. The agreement includes the sale of this new release via email to existing registered users of previous versions of the software.

"PC-cillin 2002 is an important upgrade to the popular anti-virus software package and I expect a significant percentage of registered users to purchase the software online via our secure online software ordering system", said Mr Mike Veverka, CEO of Jumbo Corp. "Our previous online software promotions have been successful and I expect this promotion to continue the trend."

Manaccom is a leading software publisher and distributor in Australia and has been supplying software for over 15 years. The company supplies a variety of software titles including security, business and educational software. Other titles include "Terminet" firewall software and "Net Nanny" safety and privacy software for the Internet.

As previously announced, Jumbo Corp has developed a secure online ordering system for the online sale of software. The system has already been used to sell other software titles to customers from leading Australian Internet Service Providers such as OzEmail.

Growing Turnover - Over $1 million per month in February In the 2 months ending February 2002,

Turnover has continued to grow as indicated by the following table.

This result indicates that turnover has continued to grow even after the busy Christmas period.

"Seasonal fluctuations have not affected our online sales because many products are not gift-related", said Mr Veverka. "Exceeding $1 million turnover in a single month was an important goal for the company and it was encouraging to achieve this result in February."
