Who are we looking for?
We are seeking two part-time data entry operators/administrators to join our team based onsite in Galgate, Lancaster.
Ideally, you:
- A background working in administration,
- Are self-motivated / Can use your initiative,
- Pride yourself on accuracy and attention to detail,
- Operate with customer service and a continuous improvement mindset,
- Demonstrate great communication and engagement skills
What will you be doing?
As part of a well-established team, you will undertake general data entry administration duties, including:
- Sorting /opening of Company/Lottery Office inbound mail.
- Batching (new members, lottery renewal subscriptions etc.).
- Computer data entry, verification & reporting (new members, lottery renewals, subscriptions, cancellations etc.).
- Debit/credit card payment processing.
- Despatching of Company/Lottery office outbound mail.
- Call handling/Supporter queries.
Working Days:
Both roles are Part Time, working 22.5 hours Per Week:
- Role One - Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday
- Role Two - Monday/Wednesday/Friday
