About the role:


This is a newly created role provides Jumbo Interactive’s Operational Management Personnel (COO, Head of Operations & Subsidiary GMs) with the support to ensure business objectives & priorities, including business integrations, remain on-track and that communications about progress/performance are consistent, shared & supported across the group’s various subsidiaries and functions.

You will provide support and assistance in the delivery, monitoring and reporting of strategic projects, business improvement initiatives, data management and subsidiary performance management reporting and other strategic and operational activities as directed.

This position has a broad scope, working on diverse projects across all areas of the Jumbo subsidiaries, with a focus on the UK subsidiaries (StarVale & Gatherwell).

In Addition To:
  • Assist in the coordination of strategic and operational activities within the organisation including Integration, project support, coordination, collation of information, management reporting and data analysis (financial & non-financial).
  • Support the organisation to provide efficient systems, accurate reporting structures and timely advice.
  • Provide support to Operational Management and organisation in the preparation and coordination of submissions as required (business cases, tender responses, Investor & Board responses etc) including regular (monthly/quarterly) reporting, service delivery frameworks, budget information and general organisational information.
  • Provide support to Operational Management in achieving the organisational Strategic Plan including reviewing performance against the strategic objectives and tracking of the organisation’s work plan by division.

What We Would Like You To Bring:


  • At least five years of reporting into C-suite or member of operating board
  • Strong process and procedural documentation skills
  • Experience working within a multinational and/or multi-operating unit corporation
  • Preferably with proven business/finance experience, NFP industry knowledge/experience and/or Knowledge of the UK or international lottery (commercial and/or charitable) industry
